1 Step-ups per leg (24/20″) + 5 single unders

2 Step-ups per leg +10 single unders

3 Step-ups per leg + 15 single unders

Continue in the ascending ladder format, adding 1 step up per leg and 5 single unders each round

Part B: 3 Rounds for total reps, spending 90 seconds per station:

Air Squat

Push-up

Sit-up

Toes to kettlebell (strict)

30 Seconds rest between rounds
