Fearless Athletics | CrossFit South Philly was established in 2008 and is metro-Philadelphia’s first CrossFit affiliate. Located in the heart of Philadelphia’s Bella Vista neighborhood on South 11th Street, CrossFit South Philly boasts 4500 square feet of training space for two of our core fitness programs, CrossFit and Intensity. CrossFit South Philly is also home to Fearless Athletics | Steve’s Club. CrossFit South Philly serves the nearby neighborhoods of The Italian Market, Rittenhouse Square, Graduate Hospital, East Market, Point Breeze, Passyunk Square, Queen Village, Society Hill, Pennsport, Washington Square West, Fairmount, Francisville and more.

CrossFit is defined as constantly varied functional movements, performed at a high intensity. At Fearless Athletics, we work to build proper technique with proven consistency while maintaining a level of intensity that will allow all members to continue making progress. Because intensity is relative to the individual, we are able to modify all movements to ensure functional mechanics and proper execution > heavy weights + inconsistent mechanics. We combine Olympic Weightlifting, powerlifting, bodyweight gymnastics exercises, dumbbells, running, rowing, stationary biking, kettlebells, medicine balls, and so much more, to create the most well-rounded and effective CrossFit workouts in Philadelphia.
The Intensity program–available only at Fearless Athletics–is a CrossFit-inspired high intensity interval training (HIIT) program designed to build cardiovascular endurance and muscular stamina. Often referred to as “CrossFit without the Barbells” Intensity uses dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, slam balls, bodyweight gymnastics exercises, running, rowing, stationary biking and much more, to create a high-energy, fun and extraordinary challenging exercise program. Just like our CrossFit programming, Intensity emphasizes form, function, and consistency in all movements and is universally scalable to all who are motivated and able to participate.

Fearless Athletics | Steve’s Club is a non-profit serving at-risk and underserved youth in our community. Fearless Athletics | Steve’s Club fosters a community of developing athletes and reflective leaders to engage their bodies and minds to build physical and mental strength. Classes Take Place Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4:30pm-5:30pm

Jarett Fisher, owner of Philly Sports Rehab and a licensed PT and DPT, has worked with hundreds of patients in all variations of age and athletic experience. Jarett regularly guides athletes with orthopedic-based conditions back to the sports they love, such as running, rowing, CrossFit, and more. Jarett is certified in Myofascial Decompression, Functional Movement Techniques and Selective Functional Movement Assessment. His combination of physical therapy and CrossFit coaching experience allows him to better understand and treat the needs of Fearless members.
At this time, we are now allowing any drop-ins to either of our locations. We LOVE meeting drop-ins and look forward to welcoming you all back soon.
