The skills assessment ensures you’re able to jump into Fearless programming safely. We’re looking for basic understanding of the movements and ability to complete them with good form and acceptable range of motion.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Range of Motion Assessment
Proficiency in: Air Squat, Pushup, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Strict Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift
Working knowledge of: Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Clean, Split Jerk, Snatch, Kipping Pull-up, Toes to Bar, Handstand Push-up. (note: we are not looking for complete execution of all of these movements- but knowledge of your baseline)
Trainer-led workout to check work capacity and skill transfer
Skills Assessment is included in first month of membership dues
Skills Assessment MUST be completed before attending any Fearless class
Skills assessments can be done Virtually or In Person
Virtual Skills Assessment: requires barbell, 2 dumbbells, or broomstick. (contact the gym for this option)
