Tuesday, April 28: PVC Olympic Warmup; two conditioning WODs. First is an EMOM with bent over rows, lunges, push press or jerk, and second is an AMRAP w/more ruck work, pistols, and step ups

Wednesday, April 29: Hero WOD, “Lesley” with options for the whole workout or half.

Live Zoom sessions at 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM + Evening Yoga at 6:00 PM

Thursday, April 30: Hand release push-ups, sumo high pulls, handstand/inversion work + built-in finisher

Live Zoom session at 12:00 PM + a Master’s WOD at 7:00 PM

Friday. May 1: Active rest & recovery day

Saturday, May 2: Chipper-style workout with devil’s press, deadlifts, burpees, and more!

Sunday, May 3: Interval-style WOD w/ situps, thrusters, and some overhead work
