Monday, May 25: Memorial Day “Murph” options will be posted. No Zoom on Monday.
Tuesday, May 26: “Core Burner” circuits focused on the abs. Low impact to keep you moving post-Murph! Live on Zoom at 12:00 PM & 7:00 PM
Wednesday, May 27: Longer format AMRAP with a burpee “break” every 2 minutes. Short ab circuit finisher. Live on Zoom at 7:00 AM, 12:00 PM, & 6:00 PM Yoga
Thursday, May 28: Scheduled Rest Day for general programming, + a 7:00 PM Master’s WOD w/ Coach Jean. Workout will be released on Wednesday evening.
Friday, May 29: A series of 5 minute AMRAPs, all couplets. Live on Zoom at 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM
Saturday, May 30: Thrusters! Posterior leg strength finisher. Live on Zoom at 10:00 AM
Sunday, May 31: Scheduled Active Recovery Day. Get outdoors and take a jog, run, bike ride, or a hike!
