Monday, May 18: Upper body push focus with a healthy dose of bodyweight squats and situps mixed in. Core (abs) finisher. Live on Zoom at 5:30 PM
Tuesday, May 19: Full body pull focus with two workouts. An EMOM with a ruck or any type of weighted object(s) and a rounds-for-time bodyweight workout. Live on Zoom at 12:00 PM + 7:00 PM Masters, which might be a different workout.
Wednesday, May 20: Trio of 8 Minute AMRAPs, all bodyweight. Live on Zoom at 7:00 AM, 12:00 PM, + 6:00 PM Yoga
Thursday, May 21: Scheduled Rest Day + 7:00 PM Master’s WOD, which will be posted on social media/email on Wednesday evening.
Friday, May 22: Tabata intervals with options to use weight or your own bodyweight. Double Unders or Jumping Jacks included, too. Live on Zoom at 7:00 AM & 12:00 PM
Saturday, May 23: Re-scheduled session of “Double DT.” Live on Zoom at 10:00 AM
Sunday, May 24: Scheduled Rest Day
