Welcome back to On The Living Room Floor, a guide to plan and prepare your week of training with Fearless At-Home. We have some great workouts planned for you this week + expanded virtual class time offerings via Zoom.

Monday, April 6: All bodyweight with lots of lateral movement and time under tension. Interval style with :45 output and :15 rest in each round.

Monday’s Zoom sessions will be held at 7:00 AM & 5:30 PM

Tuesday, April 7: Ruck-style workout with hang cleans, lunges, and more. Built in finisher to test capacity with high reps in relatively short period of time

Tuesday’s Zoom sessions will be held at 8:00 AM & 4:00 PM + a Lunchtime Meditation w/ Jordan!

Wednesday, April 8: Single-arm overhead movement, shoulder accessory, inverted pressing (aka HSPU), upright nows.

Wednesday’s Zoom sessions will be held at 7:00 AM & 4:00 PM + 6:00 PM Yoga w/ Katie!

Thursday, April 9: Active Rest Day, including a Lunchtime Stretch & Release w/ Erick Dupree

Friday, April 10: Leg-focused interval with equal work:rest ratio. Then, a Tabata with some single arm rows, odd object deadlifts, bicep curls and tricep work.

Friday’s Zoom session will be held at 12:00 noon¬†
