Monday, May 11: 16 minute AMRAP with different styles of push-ups, weighted squats, and situps. Core strength finisher. Live on Zoom at 12:00 and 5:30 PM.
Tuesday, May 12: Full body pulling focus with two workouts, the first being a station-style EMOM, and the second being a sprint style, brief rest, and repeat. Live on Zoom at 12:00 PM.
A Master’s workout will also be released and live on Zoom at 7:00 PM.
Wednesday, May 13: 15 Minute AMRAP with a lower body focus, followed by three short AMRAPs that are sprint style with a focus on building core strength and getting the heart rate up! Live on Zoom at 7:00 AM, and evening Yoga at 6:00 PM.
Thursday, May 14: Scheduled rest day + an evening Master’s workout on Zoom at 7:00 PM.
Friday, May 15: Full body chipper with ascending reps. Interesting format here that has the work broken up in rounds with an increasing time domain. Live on Zoom at 10:00 AM
