Wednesday, April 22: We have two different workouts for Wednesday! Coach Sandra is hosting a 7:00 AM “Intensity”style workout (very similar to Monday’s workout, FYI) and we have an AMRAP with running, handstand push-ups, odd object deadlifts, and more!

Thursday, April 23: Active Rest Day–Show us what you got in the kitchen, Fearless Fam! Special Master’s Class at 7:30 PM, lead by Coach Jean!
Friday, April 24: “Chad” (yes, we will have scaling options!)

Saturday, April 25: 1 Mile Run Time Trial and conditioning with a bodybuilding focus. Curls, dips, overhead presses, and bent over rows, all done with varying ranges of motion
Sunday, April 26: Olympic focus (snatch) warm up. Single arm strength complex. Bodyweight density test conditioning.
