Today, Fearless has expanded its dynamic coaching based on traditional CrossFit methodology with empowering classes to meet every fitness level. Additionally, Fearless offers Olympic barbell programming through our USAW Member Club, Fearless Barbell, along with personal training and integrative wellness programs like yoga, meditation, and nutrition. We connect with the community through partnerships with Forging Youth Resilience helping our local youth, and The Phoenix focused on serving our recovery community.
At Fearless Athletics, we help you find the programming that is the best fit for you. Our workouts are trainer-led group classes designed to help you reach your goals, and build a solid foundation to move more athletically and with confidence.
We found the best place for most people to begin is our OnRamp. The OnRamp welcomes new (and new again) athletes to the gym, invites a place for questions and allows everyone an equal place to start.
The skills assessment ensures you’re able to jump into Fearless programming safely. We’re looking for basic understanding of the movements and ability to complete them with good form and acceptable range of motion.
Visiting? Dropping in at our gym is easy. We are now accepting Drop Ins! Here for a week? Check out our class pass.
The class pass is limited to visiting athletes or prospective members with prior CrossFit experience.
Overhead Squat for load:
#1: 5 reps @ 50%
#2: 5 reps @ 55%
#3: 5 reps @ 60%
#4: 5 reps @ 60%
#5: 5 reps @ 65%
#6: 5 reps @ 65%
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes, using an ascending ladder format of 2-4-6-8-10 reps, (etc.)
