Tuesday’s CrossFit classes primed the hips and hamstrings during warm-up for the day’s strength portion, which were deadlifts building to 90% of the 1RM. We also gave the classes the option to test–congrats on all of those PR’s!
After our strength portion, we moved to a sprint conditioning WOD consisting of:
20 Bar Facing Burpees
40 Thrusters (45/35)
