Mon: Hamstrings, Glutes, Lumbar & Thoracic Spine

Tues: Quads, IT Bands, Lats, Triceps

Wed: Quads, Shoulders (Rotators), Ankles, Spinal Erectors

Thurs: General Full Body Mobility; a little extra focus on Shoulders.

Fri: Quads, Hip Flexors, Wrists

Sat: Shoulders, Hamstrings, Lumbar Spine

Sun: Pecs, Shoulders, Traps
