I worked for NBC Olympics at the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics as a Gymnastics Research Analyst.
Even though I was a gymnast and gymnastics coach, my least favorite movements to practice in CrossFit are ring dips and kipping pull-ups. I am horrible at connecting ring muscle-ups. Handstand walks? Pistols? All day everyday!
