December 2013, and started coaching in Fall 2016.
The word “Fearless” means
To try things that are uncomfortable or unfamiliar. To risk failure, often, rather than settle for guaranteed routine results.

Sprint chippers, especially if they have running and are repeated a few times after resting.
My SMART Goal
To get a strict ring muscle up by the end of Summer 2017.
