This is not your grandmother’s yoga class. You will be challenged to push your physical limits and optimize your performance without feeling pressured to push beyond what is healthy.

Jake blends the most effective aspects of many different modalities to deliver a fiercely powerful and technically potent yoga experience. He has helped hundreds, from professional athletes to moms and dads, transform their fitness and lives.

Whether you love CrossFit and want to develop a harder, leaner body, or if you just want a new, “bigger picture” perspective on your well-being, this yoga class will get you there, and have fun doing it!


All new members are required to complete one of our three introductory program options (On-Ramp, Fast Track or Personal Assessment) before enrolling in one of our core fitness programs.
