Specialty Classes


The programming curriculum at Fearless Athletics focuses on building the whole individual through a variety of trai- ning disciplines.

Our specialty classes are designed to complement our CrossFit and Intensity programing and are offered at no extra charge to our monthly membership dues. All classes are taught in small groups to allow for greater individualized attention. Theory and practice are often discussed in great detail so members can gain a better understanding of why they are executing the movements and sequences we instruct.


Skill & Strength classes at Fearless Athletics are designed to prepare all members for mastery of the most important tool we use in CrossFit and Intensity training — the human body!


The Fearless Athletics LIFT class is designed to allow members to choose between any of our results-driven and proven strength programs in Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting.
