The Olde City Barbell Club at CrossFit Penn’s Landing is home to the Fearless Athletics LIFT program, which offers training in Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting. We use Strongman implements for additional strength and stability work, plus access to our gymnastics-based Skill & Strength classes, KB & Core, and Yoga.
Members of LIFT meet at CrossFit Penn’s Landing four days per week (Sunday thru Wednesday beginning the week of August 21, 2017) for small group classes with our lifting coaches. Programs are posted at the beginning of each week and athletes may make up a missed day by joining an Open Gym session at no extra cost.
Whether you are training for a local, regional or national lifting competition, or just want to get stronger and more proficient in the technical barbell movements, LIFT will provide you with highly qualified coaching and training programs to meet any goal.
