In the CrossFit program at Fearless Athletics, you will work to build proficiency in all 10 general physical skills: strength, speed, endurance, stamina, power, flexibility, coordination, accuracy, agility and balance.
Over the years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to constant improvement and have developed a well-rounded program that combines dedicated strength work, basic gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting and kettlebell movement in addition to a CrossFit workout of the day (WOD). CrossFit WODs feature the skills previously mentioned and can also include running, rowing, jumping rope, medicine ball movements and much more.
There are three main components to our CrossFit workouts:
Group training sessions are varied significantly from day-to-day and can incorporate different amounts of these components (sometimes with the skill or strength work omitted in favor of a longer conditioning workout).
At Fearless Athletics we believe strongly that all movement is not created equal and are committed to working out with high intensity while executing high quality movements.
