Programs

At Fearless Athletics, we have a fitness program for every-one with drive, and we encourage anyone who is motivated to succeed to give Fearless Athletics a try.

All of our fitness programs (CrossFit, Intensity, LIFT, Personal Training) are well suited for beginners, intermediates and more advanced athletes. Everyone in our trainer-led group classes work at their own level—doing different versions of the same exercises. Our defined “scaling” methodology is designed to help everyone progress and benefit from functional and athletic movements no matter where they currently are in the fitness spectrum. Everyone who is able to exercise and willing to push themselves out of their comfort zone will benefit from the type of exercise that we do. We have members of all abilities—from recently sedentary beginners to competitive athletes.

INTENSITY PROGRAM

Intensity features all of the same components of CrossFit with an emphasis on building cardiovascular endurance and muscular stamina.

CROSSFIT PROGRAM

In the CrossFit program, you will work to build proficiency in all 10 general physical skills: strength, speed, endurance, stamina, power, flexibility, coordination, accuracy, agility and balance.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Want some personal one-on-one training? Work on any athletic or functional fitness goal with one of our experienced certified fitness trainers.

YOUTH PROGRAMS

Fearless Athletics is home to a CrossFit Kids program, offering FUNctional fitness to children 5-10 years of age. We also program physical education classes for local high schools and operate the Fearless Athletics | Steve’s Club, an afterschool program offering CrossFit and related training to middle and high school age youth in Philadelphia.

LIFT

LIFT is home to the Olde City Barbell Club, located at CrossFit Penn’s Landing. We offer training cycles in Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting, plus access to our Skill & Strength, Kettlebell & Core and Yoga classes offered at CrossFit South Philly.
