At Fearless Athletics, we have a fitness program for everyone with drive, and we encourage anyone who is motivated to succeed to give Fearless Athletics a try.

All of our fitness programs (CrossFit, Intensity, LIFT, Personal Training) are well suited for beginners, intermediates and more advanced athletes. Everyone in our trainer-led group classes work at their own level—doing different versions of the same exercises. Our defined “scaling” methodology is designed to help everyone progress and benefit from functional and athletic movements no matter where they currently are in the fitness spectrum. Everyone who is able to exercise and willing to push themselves out of their comfort zone will benefit from the type of exercise that we do. We have members of all abilities—from recently sedentary beginners to competitive athletes.
