The Novice Division is best suited for athletes who have never participated in a weightlifting meet before. The Open Division is for athletes who have competed in a weightlifting meet or are consistently lifting and looking to measure their progress in a competitive setting.

How it Works

Athletes will have three attempts to complete a max Snatch and three attempts to complete a max Clean and Jerk. Awards will be given to the top two male and female athletes in each division based on the percentage of bodyweight lifted.
