GMB Fitness is coming to Fearless Athletics | CrossFit Penn’s Landing, October 7-8 for a special 2-day movement seminar!
Head Coach, Ryan Hurst will be joined by co-founder Andy Fossett and Lead Trainer Chris McMahon. All three have many years of teaching experience with thousands of clients, so you’ll be sure to get personalized attention and help adjusting the seminar content to your own level and needs.
Day 1 Outline
-Defining physical autonomy
-BLAMs: Basic Locomotor Assessment Movements
-How to use ground-based movements to assess your weaknesses and restrictions
-Addressing physical limitations with directed exercise variation
-Movement exploration and application
-BAPs: Basic Assessment Positions for isolating mobility issues
-Focused Flexibility protocol and exercise selection
Day 2 Outline
-Auto-regulatory training concepts
-Handstands: strength, mobility, and skill development
-Skill based strength training
-RRSB: Ryan’s secret weapon rings exercise
-Exercise progression, variation, and regression
-Applying self-knowledge to developing your fitness
-GMB Conditioning Protocol and Application
All levels welcome. No previous GMB experience required!
