May Monthly Focus: Beach Body Month!

Beach Body Month!? What does that mean??  In traditional gym lingo, (and please excuse the stereotypes), when men refer to “Beach Muscles”, they talk about sculpting their upper bodies to prep for “bathing suit weather.”  Similarly, women tend to talk about sculpting their midsections.  So what do we mean at Fearless Athletics when we say “Beach Body month?”  Well, we’re going to focus on all of the above: core and upper body. Don’t worry, we won’t forget about your legs! Additionally, we’re going to up the amount of short distance running that we do this month to keep the intensity high.

What else? You’ll have to come in to find out!
