August/September Focus: Strength and Power!

During the August and September months, our general programming will work toward building the strength and power (and skill!) needed to be a well-rounded athlete, especially in the areas of Olympic Weightlifting. Past “Oly Months” at Fearless Athletics have been geared toward skill work, complexes and drills. Membercs can expect programming designed to build explosive power and translating that power to our everyday workouts. Buckle up, Fearless–these next two months are going to be a fun ride!
