JANUARY/FEBRUARY FOCUS: ENDURANCE & STAMINA!

Happy New Year, Fearless Family! Programming for the month of January will have an emphasis on overall movement fundamentals and getting back to basics. In the process, expect to see workouts that will improve your overall capacity to handle the more difficult tasks. Our strength cycle is wrapping up and we have a few more lifts to test, so expect to see a new strength cycle (12 weeks) begin in mid-January. In February, skill acquisition with Olympic lifting and gymnastics elements take center stage as we prepare for the 2018 CrossFit Games season–first stop is the OPEN!
